I created this Retrograde Goddess Ambassador Program to put my marketing dollars in the hands of my customers instead of useless social media advertising. I want to reward my most loyal customers with first dibs on all my new products at a crazy discount while helping them make a 10% commission on every purchase they help make possible.

The most important factor I look for in a Retrograde Goddess is their selfie game. Are your photos well lit and have good contrast or are they blurry and yellow with too many filters? If your account is on private or you don’t have any selfies on your Instagram, your application will be rejected automatically.
I review applications everyday and approve about 2-3 people daily! If you receive a welcome email than you’re in, but if you try to log in and see that your account was suspended, sadly you didn’t make it.

Photography tips to keep in mind:
- Use a DSLR if you have it or make sure you are using the highest quality resolution on your phone.
- No selfies with you holding your phone, use a timer, or have someone help you with the shoot.
- Use bright natural light so we can see the details of your face and the products. Only unedited photos in full color, please no filters.
- Always make sure that the products above all else is in focus, blurry art doesn't sell well.
- Don't cover up any of the products; each item needs to be easily seen. No hair, or drawstrings covering the items please.
- Make sure there is enough contrast in the background for the products to pop. Example, don't put a white shirt on a white background.
Promotion tips for better engagement:
- Post only tall photos, so they fill up more space on people's phones.
- Zoom into photos so you can see the artwork clearly, so it's the main focus of the image.
- Include the price, product details, and where people can go to make their purchase.
- Mention that you get a commission, so people are more likely to use your link to help support you.
- Use all 30 hashtags when you post that includes the subject matter of the artwork: think less #jewelry and more #thirdeyetribe.
- Promote each product a few times to your audience. On average only 3% of your audience sees your content anyway.
